  What is MGUIDE?
MCENTER USA is proud to announce MGUIDE, our virtual implant planning and guided implantology system designed to enhance simplicity, accuracy and safety, for a worry-free guided surgical procedure. This efficient system combines modern 3D implant planning with an innovative surgical template, as well as a unique keyless guided surgery kit. The result is a simple guided implantology procedure that benefits the clinician and the patient.

MGUIDE Software
The MGUIDE system features user friendly software that allows implantology professionals to become members of an important online information hub that connects all software users; doctors, dental laboratories, periodontists, prosthodontists and the MCENTER.

MGUIDE software users can share cases, take part in demonstrations, initiate discussions or consultations. They can also use a remote access feature that allows direct connection to another member's computer to share in the MGUIDE planning process.

MGUIDE Surgical Kit
The MGUIDE Surgical Kit not only enhances accuracy and safety for a smoother guided procedure; it also simplifies the implantology process by eliminating the need for traditional guidance keys. Specially designed sleeves and drills stop at the precise position and depth planned, freeing-up hands and saving valuable time.

Tool kit includes:
  Color-coded and laser marked drills
  Guided drills with built-in stoppers
Conical shape final drills – specific to the SEVEN implant
Implant-length drills to allow for shorter drill handles
Tissue punch for minimally invasive procedures and better esthetic results
Both Manual insertion keys and Motor insertion keys
Template anchoring screws for stabilizing template in the jaw
  Unique measuring tools

MGUIDE Template
The open wire-frame design of the MGUIDE template allows an open field of view during surgery, where anesthesia and irrigation are accessible from all angles without removing the template. Raised flap surgery can also be performed. The template is constructed from a strong, durable biocompatible material and the 3D CAD/CAM design ensures the highest level of accuracy. The lightweight template design is an added benefit for patient comfort as well.

MGUIDE Workflow
1. Preparation

Initiating the process only requires the following:
DICOM data of the patient's Cone Beam CT Scan.
Stone model of the current oral anatomy.
Wax-Up of the planned prosthetic solution.

2. Planning
The models are scanned and digitized to be uploaded into the Virtual Implant Planning Software along with the DICOM Data. The clinician then treatment plans the case via online collaboration with an MCENTER Specialist. The software allows

2D and 3D visualization of the patient data.
  Prosthetic-driven case planning.
  Implant position, size, and depth.
Accurate tracking of vital anatomical structures.

3. Template Design
Each template is custom designed to the patient's oral anatomy by a trained MCENTER Specialist. The unique open-design of the template allows for improved line-of-sight, as well as optimal irrigation. The templates are designed with consideration to the following

  Teeth undercuts for excellent retention.
  Clasp position for equal balance.
  Sleeve parameters for easy access.
Height and thickness for patient comfort

4. Template Fabrication
After the clinician's approval of the design, the custom template is 3D printed using the most advanced technology available. Only the highest quality bio-compatible resin material is used in the production process. The template is then finalized and validated by the MCENTER Specialist:

Drill sleeves are placed in their precise locations.
Final touch-ups are performed if necessary.
The template is fit checked on the patient's stone model.

5. Surgical Procedure
The clinician receives the finalized template along with the stone model and surgical treatment plan. The surgery is performed using the MGUIDE Surgical Sets, allowing for a minimally-invasive and accurate procedure. The innovative instrumentation includes:

  Keyless drilling sequences.
Guided surgical drills for each MIS implant length.
  Tissue punches for flapless procedures.
Bone milling tools for ridge flattening
Tools to place MIS implants through the surgical template for a fully guided procedure.
